Mandom Corp Sale (4th-5th Dec 2013)

Those who are following Bifesta, Dollywink, Heroine Make will know that Mandom Corp is have brand sales up to 80% off, today and tomorrow at Great World City. ^=^ Being unemployed at current status and being a fan of Heroine Make products, this is a sale that I would never miss out. Some how I've managed to wake up early despite turning in late yesterday after working on the blog. 'Coz there's SALE on my blog too!!! *wheeeee* More details at the end of the post.

So being there not really early but somewhat during the lunch time of many OL, I'm only glad that the sale isn't at Raffles Place. If its there, I'll probably never get to see much stuffs. *experienced before* Had to wait for a while but not too bad since there's control in the crowd going in to shop. *thumbs up* So being typical me, browsing, picking up, placing into the supplied plastic bag then reconsidering again, I ended up with some of the stuffs listed here. Not everything I've purchased are posted here, for some were purchased for my mom. It would be weird telling mom "mom, I'm blogging on what I've bought, can I take them for photoshoot first?" O-o She will probably give me that face.

DollyWink Lashes 2 for $10

On the FB page it was stated that Dollywink lashes were going at 2 for $10. A great bargain deal. Its like what 1/4 of the original price for one, so why not? So I've bought like 4, even though I was tempted to get more, but seriously, its gonna be hard for me to move house if I get even more. hahaha

Heroine Make Mascara set and Dollywink eyebrows

Heroine Make!!! My favourite eyeliner product but they didn't had the eyeliners on sale, so I got this Mascara set. One mascara plus mascara remover, have yet to try them though but I'm sure its definitely a great waterproof product. This is at $10 for a set, there's another one with the make up remover set, but I rather try the mascara remover.  Dollywink eyebrow mascara and eyebrow powder, this is 2 for $5. For the eyebrow mascara they were left with milk tea brow, but for the powder they still have both colours.

 

Makemania Chip Gradation Liner and Heroine Make Lash Serum

Makemania Liner looks interesting and it has this soft tip to soften the look and its going at 3 for $5. Another Heroine Make product!! I adore this product for it does work on getting fuller volume lashes, been using this product for sometime, so why not stock up? :p This is 2 for $5. 

Clear Last Face Powder and Bifesta Cleansing Liquid

I have not blog about my first purchase of Clear Last face powder ever since I've bought it months ago. But upon seeing this at the sale, its a must to get for ladies who don't like to repowder your face. And it doesn't leave your face feeling oily after hours of applying it. This is going at $12, worth the bargain. Bifesta is my favourite makeup remover, and they are selling the 2in1 facial form, cleansing liquid, makeup remover sheet all at $10 each. (: I got one for mom too ~~~~

Spring Hearts Eyelashes

One of the best bargain in this sale. Spring Hearts is one of my few favourite eyelashes, and I simply adore their glue. Using their glue I never had to run into any problems of lashes falling off in the middle of the day. And I just like the Spring Heart 04 design, for it looks fuller and natural and its so easy to apply for any beginner. Best part of this? they are selling this at 3 for $1!!!!! *ahhhhh* This isn't all of the lashes I've bought *shhhh* Just part of it.

Fringe Wigs

Clip on Wigs

After getting one of these clip on wigs at Jrunway two weeks ago, seeing this at the sale was like ♥_♥ and the best and heart pain part is they are selling at 3 for $1. *faints* I bought mine at $9 two weeks ago. You can mix the clip on wigs with the fringe wig.

I have black hair so the colour blends in well for me for the clip on but not the fringe. For its for brown hair colour and anyone is interested in them, drop me a comment here.

Ignore the weird look in the second picture, but it looks pretty natural too ~~~~ ♥ I can get long hair without having to go for extensions already even though its kinda nice to have long hair.

This isn't all that I've bought, there are some products for Xmas gifts. I ain't have the habit to update but I will try my best.... maybe. Travelled twice this time. Holiday and work (kinda). Not many pics from travel, too lazy to lug my camera this time around, but my aim is to be less lazy and start taking some nice photos soon.

Went to the Singapore National Museum to pass time since I was around the area. Went to visit the Princely Treasure exhibition. I must say the art works are really exquisite, different style and theme from the different period of time. The usual me, in act, was to take a photo of every single piece of art work that's displayed in the exhibition. XD

Shall post some of the art works that I personally like.

Didn't took this art piece well, but this is a really big art work. Interestingly, this is a painting of a lady who ran out of a ball after hearing a sad news, and her sister is consoling her.

Life has been boring recently. Apart from me trying to complete my studies and trying to sell stuffs on Toys Cards And Everything Else, nothing much happened...... Maybe not quite..... Not quite yet.....

its already MAY?!!!

Time really flies very fast and its May right now... that means my exams are in less than 2 weeks' time. holy crap. *pulls face* Been spending too much time shopping and playing.... I think I've spent way over limit for myself. *sigh* that means I can't spend anymore in May *cries* .... I shouldn't too, since exams are around the corner... oh wells.... I've spent on bomb this time round.....online shopping got the whole lot of my wallet... and one of the things I fell in ♥♥♥ is the clutch from e affair... hootssss $18 for it and its really a bargain for the quality and the looks of it.

And of coz theres a whole lot more of stuffs.... including b.liv's off with those heads. One of the best product ever, after I had tried the sample, I've been wanting to get my hands on it. After using for nearly 1 month, I've seen a gradual improve on my black and white head on my nose... total awesomeness. Will spam lots of photos the next time... *finger crossed*

Besides catching the musical of the year, Wicked, twice, I went to watch Voyage De La Vie at the RWS with S too. The show was considered short, only 1hr 15 mins. I was expecting more. S watched it last year and said that they didn't actually showed the whole show exactly like last year. And the lead has changed..... hmmm.... I think I still like Wicked more... It was really a blast in every scene. :D

No April has passed without an nice high tea.... :) Had Vintage High Tea @ Barracks... It was a lovely place to enjoy the afternoon and the food was simply yummy. Yummy food comes with gossip time. hahaha. :p

Using mac with no photoshop installed is like a flower without a vase holding on it.... gosh... I need to get one soon.. *pulls face* And hopefully May is another month fill with lots of excitement apart from exams... I just handed up 2 assignments.... phew hate video submission. the worse of all assignments ever!!! *grrr* oh wells, can't wait to go KL for AFA 2012!!!! anyone going too??? (: Hope it'll be fun with photo taking and drooling at Kamen Rider figurines... I wonder if I can get my hands on Anak's figurine... it'll be the best ever in my collection... hahaha can't wait .. even though its just going KL, its better than not going anyway :D

IT Fair

Headed down to the IT fair on Saturday. Weekend, yes that was really crowded, but not as bad as I thought it would have been like the past years. Had an aim in mind, to purchase a printer for my dad and my own mac book. Not like the past years, where I will walk aimlessly in the fair, hoping to get something outta there. Nope, this year, there's an aim.  So went there early with bf to have a quick lunch and headed up to the fair. They sure have more promoters at each booth than the number of customers. Its like walking down a lane filled with people welcoming you. hahaha....

Took a long time to decide which printer to buy, after all, its always the ink price that makes a difference. We ended up getting Epson cheap printer, $88. Quite worth and the Black ink usual price is about $11. Good for normal personal use when we don't print that much.

Went to epic center to check out the mac, and yes, they did have sale too. (: Lots of people Q-ing up to buy and the atm machines had long Q of people wanting to withdraw cash. pewhhhh chaos. Vin wanted the same mac as me, so ended up purchasing two macro 13" 2.8hz and free upgrade to 8gb ram. Ran into card problems, so we settled the whole payment like 1 hour later. I never felt so embarrassed before* >_

I think with 2 new lappy, dad's gonna scream at the electricity bills.... opppsssss..... Oh wells.
I am super interested in The Avengers movie that will only be out in May. arggggghhhhh. why did they even show the trailer during the John Cater movie. I didn't even think of it until my lecturer went asking, "anyone have seen The Avengers trailer?" I was the only one, damn, it was marketing module, so its like related. And now, on apple website, they have ad for the iTunes movie trailer app. http://trailers.apple.com/trailers/marvel/avengers/. I'm so dl-ing it right now....

Not much of a marvel fan, but I do like x-men and spiderman. I think that's enough to cover? hahaha. Plus its like, they do show their movies on tv, like Ironman. :p And I did catch Captain America, X-men First Class last year in the cinema. Its a awesome combi in the movie. Gosh and we have to wait for like another 2 months?! Faster release!!! I can only watch it after my papers. *cries* and and until now I've yet  to watch Ghost Rider 2. damn!

John Carter

Hunky John Carter

Hadn't been posting since the last time I did for AFA 2011. *snores* I went as a cosplayer for EOY 2011 though, but no post about it. I felt that was  not a very good event and I didn't cosplayed well. I never cosplayed well anyways. :p But I aim to cos better the next time hopefully *finger crossed*

Anyways, thanks to Nuffnang, I got to watch John Carter in 3D last Monday, gala premier @ the Cathay Cineplax. I am no fan of 3D after my first time with Avatar, with the experience of wanting to puke in the movies. Transformers in 3D was no better either, hence John Carter marked my third chance in a 3D movie.  The movie started a little confusing but once the Ned came into the story, reading from John's diary, uh-huh that's where the fun begins. Not very dizzyly filmed and I like how the characters are portrait, especially the Tunks. I wonder how did the script writer come up with all the weird terms. The costumes are weird, doesn't seems too old or modern but enhanced the actors and actress figures. *hoots hoots*

It's interesting to see how John Carter ended up in Mars and trying to save the planet from the evils. Teleportation is a wonderful thing and how humans want to have that means of transport in our life to travel beyond the planet, into the galaxy. Those who loves science fic stories, go watch. (: There's the sexy princess and hunky John Carter.

Tomorrow marks the start of the 2012 first IT fair..... damn, I really wanna go tomorrow but work eats up time. Hope can get good deals on Saturday without getting squashed into puds. Anyone getting any worth IT  gadgets at the IT fair??? I'm thinking to get a Macbook to replace my 3/4 year old Dell laptop, its still running on Vista, which I pretty much dislike for the fact I only have 1 gb ram to support the OS and 99GB to install and store whatever files I have. Which I end up having 2 1TB HDD. *bleh*! Is Macbook good and reliable? Easy to use? If not, I'll stick back to windows and up them to windows 8 once its released.

Talking about windows 8, beta version are out, maybe I can source for windows 8 for my Nokia 710. :D Nice phone to use, easy to use but starhub connection really gets on my nerves 3/4 of the day. Zzzzz wifi is like way reliable than their network seriously. Enough crap, time to get back to work.

My Playbook ♥

I had been away for so long that I lost track of time. And today's the first day of December, time really flies that fast and soon 30 days left for year 2011. What have I done for the year 2011, gotta look back and think about it. So many things have happened and changed. Trying to juggle between work and study, trying to fit everything into schedule. Oh wells.... sometimes its either I'm too lazy or things just don't go the way I've planned.... no point pondering over what's done and gone.

One thing, I hadn't been into buying makeups is because my cabinet is bursting with stuffs and its time to use them all up before I purchase more new makeups. Plus I've got like 4 body lotion sitting on my desk, shouting "use me use me!" The only think I will ever need to restock will be my liquid eyeliner... *hahaha* Anyone who knows me should know that I use eyeliner like using pen. hahahaha. :x It is always running out of ink dry.

But Tooface Christmas items are too tempting. I'm still deciding should I get the face palette a not. Gotta think carefully will I fully use it a not too. I've been spending a lot ever since, but then its not ever since. Its always. hahaha. Using Iphone back then, I'm always looking out for cute casing for it. Now that I've got my playbook and BB 9900♥, that temptation has toned down, but I'm looking at the casing for 9900 :x it needs a new good case.

I think I will do a photo spam soon. I hadn't even spam up photos of my June trip -.-''' bday presents, events! AFA!!! I went for AFA on 12 Nov, with the aim to buy some Kamen Rider stuffs. I'll post my loots up later when I get home, I haven't even get it displayed out hahaha. :p But this year's AFA was not very awesome as I thought it would be. Oh wells, will do an individual post about it, along with the concert details. yesh, I went for the anicon on 12 nov. :p coz there was FLOW!!!!

ok long post? I don't know but I know I'm spamming lots of photos from my recent trip to Melbourne!!!!! (: After the last winter trip to Japan in 2008, I was still wondering when is my next trip to a winter season. and ta-da!! Its Melbourne Winter trip!!! ♥ oh god I actually forgot that I can upload pics on my picasa. =.=''' silly old me.

I just love this arty farty place.... and its like I think we went back there for a few times, plus the visitor center is there. lovely place seriously and they have like music festival during the period that we went. (: Lovely jazz music that we managed to catch there live.

HAHAHA. when we saw this, first thing came to mind was Actually Cannot Make It. But actual name is actually, Australian Center for the Moving Image. hahahaha. :x I know, we are mean people.

The lego place. But we didn't go visit, coz need to pay and it was the first day in Melbourne. But it was interesting to look at the mini shop that was inside. Lots of lego stuffs and love the structures that they built out of them.

Bought it, so must fully utilize the camera. :D Basically we just stayed around the city area since we are kinda too lazy to plan out the trip so, the travel guide was the key the everything. hahahaha (: Went to Science Park, Chinatown, Queens Victoria Market, Immigration Museum, Eureka Skydeck, DFO and Old Melbourne Gaol...... I think that's about all??? With trips back to the same few places, hahaha. oh wells. its just hanging out in the city and loving the relaxing life.

I think I shall post up photos of kangaroos later. Went philip island to feed kangaroos, trying to spot Kola bears and also the penguin show~~~~ ♥♥♥ The penguins are soooo cuteeeeee!!! and whinnyyyyy.... hahahaha (:

Ok here's the pic of my new baby, my Lumix G2. awesome redness.... hehehee.... its ok for the weight and pretty good deal for what comes along with it. A tripod stand, a camera bag, len cleaner set and a SD card. bought the one len package instead of the double lens. Shall explore more before I get new lens to play along with it. hahaha Vin and Ian tried to use their own lens for this camera but sadly, its either too big or too small. *bleh* Olympus cameras lens don't work with my baby.

Who can resist the comfy shoes??? hehehehe... from Taka's A shoe and bag affair.... no nice cheap bags but lots of nice shoes... sadly the hush puppies that I liked doesn't have anymore smaller sizes sad to the max though.... oh wellsssssss.... HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!! 2011

another year has gone pass. *erlack* where did the heck 2010 went???
there were lots of things that I've done and yet to be accomplished !!! oh wells, i guess this shows how fast time flies once you've reached a certain age. =.=''' but nevertheless I am glad that I met new friends in 2010, also learnt pretty much lots of new things in the year too. the arrival of 2011 also means that I need to grow up seriously soon!!! I'm still a kid *hoho*! Nevermind, I can still be a kid in my own world :p

I rarely blog or visit blog anymore. I don't even access to my computer that much in the whole of last dec. partly I wasn't really at home most of the time. After my 1 week trip, I went Batam for 1 day then 3 days after my Batam trip, I went Sunway @ KL!!! Its awesome place!!! the beds in sunway lagoon hotel is darnnnnn soft!!!! I miss sleeping there hahaha. and also the kids.... Who won't miss the cute kids that came along??? hahaha.... But I'm glad that I was back alive from my Malaysia-Thailand backpacking trip. Koi Samui is a lovely place ^^ super relaxing as compared to what I'm in right now la... hahaha. More details will be upppp wayyy sooon!!!! Plus its been a shopping week for me, SALES are everywhere, soooo freaking tempting!! and I'm super happy with what I've bought these few days with an addition of a new wallet today!!! chio happy..... Meanwhile enjoy the last few hours before I have to start work tomorrow *groans* shall watch Tourist later if we can make it in time to the cinema.... hoho. tata... shall update real soon I pinky promise.... ^^

away for the week

Will be away for a trip till next Saturday to Malaysia-Thailand.ooppsss its not that i even update here often hahaha.... ok been hooked up on instagram too much that I'm not even here or on twitter that often anymore. :P But I promise to update with lots of things when I come back. it'll be some trip!! ^^ taking bus, train, boat, flight hahaa.... its gonna be interesting !!! can't wait... my first train trip from Ipoh to Hat Yai.
Went JB on Friday and got myself a Etude house's peach cheek blusher. been wanting to try out Etude house's blusher and there's sale too!!!

I find this easy to apply and this color that I've gotten is a nice choice for light makeup if you don't wanna show too much of your cheek color hehe. this is no #3 Happy Pink.

Supposed to be in the previous post oh well...sssss a glimpse of my instagram photos.... but the shitty thing right now is i can't access to instagram!!!! *feels like a part of me is gone!!!* now I'm waiting for them to help me fix the login problem... *sigh* I'm wayyyy to hooked up on instagram and twitter!!! cheeezzz someone should just ban me from my iphone instead. hahaha. :X

Anyways finally!!!! Me and Mich's train trip to Malaysia - Thailand is almost fixed!!!! WOOTTSSS can't wait... ok not really train trip.... partly train but its my first time, taking railway train from Ipoh to Hat Yai... heheh will be heading to Cameron Highland first... call me yamakame or sua ku, I've never been there before. *sucks* wells, there's always the first time. hehee.... Went JB on Wednesday just to get our train tix from Ipoh to Hat Yai... so farine la, we forgot that we don't have RM with us at all hahaha... got to the counter only to realise that they don't take cards *boo!!* Mich had to walk all the way to Maybank to withdraw while I took another Q number again. but at least we did managed to get our tix. ^=^ and it was fun to see police officers there taking a look of themselves in front of a mirror in a makeup shop. hoho....

Why the dilemma??? I'm still thinking whether to get the xmas mystery bag anot. for S$25. cozzzz!!! I'm not sure if I'll use the stuffs inside there. plus.... *shrugs* I wanna go sephora shopping when i get my pay next month!!! its a month of shopping!! with loves of coz hehee... I'm eyeing on lots of makeups there. soooo I think I shall kick the xmas mystery bag off my mind. *controls mind* MAC is more tempting than those...♥ ♥ besides, I have my paul frank lip smackers!!! have yet to use it. wanted to use it today but forgot hahaha silly old me.

First time taking Jetstar, a bit surprised that they didn't asked for passport no n expiry date. hope nothing goes wrong. can't afford to have delayed flights and missed flights. need to go pray pray soon!!! and also to change money to three different currency.... it's gonna be a fun month next month, with the Malaysia-Thailand trip, one day Batam trip and Sunway lagoon... ok all south-east Asia, will venture out to other countries soon once the Malaysia-Thailand trip goes well... save save save!!!

Happy be-lated halloween

Hadn't been active for sometime. pretty much busy for the last 2 weeks at work, wrapping some things up for the time being... its doesn't really help much since its like the last 2 months for 2010. *bleh* so lots of things have to tie up loose ends already... But i was glad to be hanging out with my friends on 30th... for a blast Halloween celebration hahaa... last year was fun, so I decided that I need an outing to unwind myself after all these... ta-da!!! we went to sentosa's spooktacular event this year. This is their second time having this event, and boooyyy!!! its fun just walking around and seeing the staffs dressed up and people making an effort to dress up for the night... I didn't made much effort this year... only used my normal makeup instead of face paint like last year, but seriously I had enough of face paint, those white stuffs gave me super dry face -.-'''

And yes, that's me in my witch dress up... hahah with Pearly dressing up as Alice... LOL, I know I look horrid with that expression.... People were staring, but who cares??!!! hahahaha....

Then the colorful book is my new schedule 2011!!! *loves it* sooo colorful and reminds me of 九层糕 (9 layered Kueh) hehehe.... Then Sephora's mineral loose powder, ok that still gives me a little powdery look =.=''' and last my Mac primer, and I really like this primer lots!! doesn't leave any sticky feeling and feel smooth after applying plus my makeup really stays for quite a bit ^o^

Got this @ Vivo on Sat.... looks cute!! and hahaha love the character, there's more cute stuffs there just that... ermmm bought too many things last month soo... hahah.. I might purchase more to give away if anyone wants them!!! heheh ^_^ ok, besides all these, I also bought magazines, books...finally finished Shopaholic & Baby. Love the ending, need to dig out my other books to finish reading them... I'm so slow at reading books oh god.

and *sigh* the flu bug has attacked me once again since last week darn!!! it was so bad that I had a sever sore throat, yet I still went to work last Thursday silly old me... super busy that very day!!! any cure for flu???!! I heard that Chicken soup is good for flu, but mummy says chicken are considered heaty food so I'm supposed to avoid it, what is worse is now I caught Urticaria (feng mo) and I don't know what exactly caused it, coz it comes and go every now and then. super sad, so I'm avoiding Chicken and prawns at all cost, no alcohol either for me. darn!! go to the docs also wont' help since I'm allergic to antibiotics... HELP!!!! I wanna get rid of the flu soon, plus its weighting my sense and body down, been so tired and sleepy that my brains don't really work teh whole day probably only 20% is functioning all the time. It really hurts my eyes and brains seriously to be trying to stay awake. For the past 2 days, I nap all the way till dinner time and don't really wanna wake up seriously... =.=''' oh wells, *sigh* maybe I should just eat all vege. *yucks*

Hopefully I'll be more active this month, there's a few weddings to attend this month, I'm so going to be broke soon, so less beauty hauls :( nvm, shall save up more for dec yummy goodies plus Christmas is around the corner now... and *ssshhhh* my first giveaway will be up soon, not mini but first hehehe ^_^

Last Friday hauls and stuffs

My hauls last week.... not adding in my stuffs that I've got on Sunday!!! ♥ ♥ I don't really have the mood to update though soon.... *growls* Last Thursday went to the New Face 2010 event with Joyce.... We were sitting super near to the stage....

Back to my Haul list... hahaha... Was anticipating the launch of Mac's Venomous Villain Series and ta-da!!! Didn't managed to get the Formiable polish though sooooo sad!!!! :(

Went Tangs Orchard and got my Dark Deed lippie ♥ and the card !!! so darn interesting hahahah and searched 4 Mac stores before I found Mean & Green polish!!!! yes was supppperrr detemined to get the Mean & Green....

The dark deed color.....and the evil queen hoho.... great color for upcoming Halloween heheh ^_^

But the texture isn't as good as I thought it will be.... not very moist for lips. :(

Last Friday was also the opening of Etude House at Wisma.... decided to walk in and get their nail polish... but i can only say lots of disappointment for the nail polish... it really sucks!!! :(

My mum as my model hahahah I was like painting and repainting until I was super tired, my mum volunteered to be one... hehee... can see how lazy I was when applying the Etude House White and Pink... it was wayyy tooo sticky !!! :( shall use it for nail art instead *sigh* the fourth finger color is from Orly, Razzmatazz... the red is sparking and I love how easy it is to appy Orly!!! On her pinky is Tiara, from Orly too....prettyyyyyy!!!

My O.P.I ... Lucerne-tainly Look Marvelous from their Swiss collection... totally ♥ the greyish glitters to the max.... and coat with black base looks even sexier!!!!

Orly's Blackout mini... compared to the previous black polishes that I've tried out, this is wayyyy easlier to apply without worrying the thickness of the polish. :)

China Glaze: Royal Tease Crown Jewels. My first 2 China Glaze polish, heard good stuffs about it... so tried out... like this purple, has this sweet little girl feeling... the brush tip is thinner which is good for people like me whose fingernails are like hard to apply at the side....

China Glaze: C-C-Courage Wizard of Ooh Ahz. My mum says she likes this color as compared to Royal Tease Crown Jewels. I agree, this color stands out more and this makes me wanna get the Cowardly Lyin from the same series.

OK, i didn't just buy nail polish... :P went Kino too last Friday, since its like on the way got myself a book... non-fiction... since the last time I bought Numerology, decided to get something similar again.

Ta-da!!! Handwriting analysis. There were wayyyy more selection!! shall wait till 20% discount then I'll get the rest. hehehe....
